RHUBY CLASSIC MARTINI

 

 

 

 

 

 

Add equal measure of Rhuby Liqueur and smooth wheat vodka. Servd in pre-chilled Martini glass. Preference is to have the alcohol slightly bruised so the chards of ice is a shaken cocktail adds to the taste sensation in mouth. Garnish colourful and slightly extraordinaryily.

RHUBY ROSE

 

 

 

 

Pour 1/3 part of Rhuby, 1/3 part of Rose Tea and 1/3 part of fresh lemonade. Stirr over ice and drain into pre-chilled Martini cup. Garnish with a pink rose petal.

RHUBY CAIPIRINHA

 

 

 

 

 

Muddle lemon (rather than lime and sugar) Add plenty of crushed ice and pour a generous serving of Rhuby. To top it off add a splash of cachaca. Garnish with a pink edible flower.

RHUBY BREAKFAST

 

 

 

Take a small teaspoon of Lemon Curd, add a dash of dry Vermouth and pour over Rhuby with plenty of ice. Stir well to ‘melt’ the lemon curd and drain into a pre-chilled Martini glass. garnish with a ruby grapefruit slice.

RHUBY MARGARITA

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take 3 parts light tequila, 3 parts Rhuby and 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice (if preferred lemon makes it slightly rounder and lime sharper). Add plenty of ‘slushed’ ice and garnish the glass as you desire. A salt-rim makes for an explosion of flavours in this timeless classic.
