1 Demerara Sugar Cube
8 dashes Cherry Bitters
1 barspoon Balsamic Glaze (Isola or Roland)
Muddle the Demerara sugar cube with cherry bitters and 1/2 strawberry. Add balsamic glaze, RHUBY and ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a slapped rosemary sprig and a pinch of cracked black pepper.
